Contract cheaper than Contract for tickets and adapted to production systems in professional circles. We can act as a support undergraduate or graduate level. This support model includes critical bug fixes and security updates which are automatically applied when they are detected and corrected.
Contract for Ticket
Assistance system by FFS. You pay only when you create a new ticket. Particularly suitable when we take only on 2nd level of support or assistance needs are unusual.

Use the Support Ticket with your customer ID and be able to open support tickets via web or by phone at price of 125 € per hour.
